How To Enter
To participate, complete the contest entry form between Monday February 12th and Monday March 4th in full online at projectlandscape.ca or calgaryhgs.com AND follow project_landscape on instagram to qualify! 
Verification of eligibility may be conducted before the announcement of the contest winner to confirm compliance with all requirements.

Terms And condition
- Eligibility - The contest is open exclusively to individuals who are the rightful owners or mortgage holders of the property involved in the contest. Entrants must have a residence in Calgary, Okotoks, Airdrie, Langdon, or Chestermere to qualify.
- Installation Period - The scheduling of the installation will be conducted between June 1 - 2024 and July 31, 2024. The homeowner is required to be available for preliminary consultations as well as present during the actual construction phase.
- Prize Conditions - The awarded prize is strictly non-transferable.
- Access for Material Delivery - Contest winner must ensure that access is provided for the drop-off of materials necessary for the installation. It is
- Material ownership - Any materials that are brought to the site and remain unused at the completion of the installation are the sole property of Project Landscape. These materials will be collected and removed from the site upon the completion of the project.
- Media Rights -Project Landscape retains the exclusive right to capture and share images, videos, and form of media content related to the project’s progress and completion on social media platforms and other promotional materials.
No Cash Value and No Cash Back Clause
- Prize offered In the contest is non-transferable and has no cash value. Winner will not be entitled to receive cash or any cash equivalent in lieu of the prize. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for a cash value or cash equivalent.
- No cash back - In the event the prize value is less that its stated value or if the winner selects an option with a value less than the maximum possible value, the difference will not be reimbursed or credited in any form, including cash or future credit. Winner shall not be entitled to receive any cash back or compensation for any difference in the price actual value versus its stated value or between different prize options.
- Prize conditions - The prize is subject to the terms and conditions specified by the issuer or sponsor of the prize. The contest organizers are not responsible for any restrictions or limitations imposed by the prize issuers or sponsors, nor for any dissatisfaction of the winner with their prize.
- Acceptance of prize - by accepting the prize, the recipient acknowledges their agreement to comply with the outlined terms and absolves the contest organizers and their affiliates from any liability related to acquiring, owning, or the proper/improper use of the prize.
- Exclusions - The items listed below are expressly excluded from the scope of work and will not be incorporated into the design scope awarded as part of the prize. This list is not exhaustive, and Project Landscape maintains the authority to apply additional exclusions that are not included in the list.
- Exclusions as follows but not limited to;
- Poured concrete
- Irrigation
- Retaining walls
- Artificial turf
- removal/disposal of any existent furniture, garbage, debris, household items, concrete Tree removal with root system
- removal of existing sheds
- Fence construction or repair
- Removal of natural stone
- Repair or replacement of any existing exterior that may be exposed as a result of new installation
- Removal of any high voltage electrical or surface gas lines
- Project Landscape retains the discretion to apply further exclusions not mentioned herein.
Addition
Any additions or enhancements to the scope of work that are requested by the homeowner beyond the selected design provided by Project Landscape can be estimated and incorporated into the final design plan at the homeowners expense. Please note some conditions and limitations may apply.
